Gates open Friday at 5pm and Saturday at 8am. Vendors, sponsors and BBQ teams are the only groups that will be allowed in early to set up for the event.
Yes. You can register your vehicle Friday evening or Saturday upon arrival at the gate.
Yes. Please make sure canopies are staked or weighted down. We have had surprise wind gusts in the past and do not want canopies to damage vehicles.
Vehicles dropping off coolers, canopies or other supplies will not be allowed in the show unless they are registered.
Yes. However, event staff may ask that these vehicles remain parked in the event of heavy dust, unsafe driving, heavy spectator traffic, etc.
